How booking works
- Select dates, times and vehicle
- Register
- Download the app, pay and verify ID to confirm your booking
- Check-in before you arrive
Every vehicle includes our super damage excess waiver, which reduces your liability to zero (see more here).
A £300 security deposit is taken when you collect the vehicle. It's a hold on your card — not an extra fee — and comes back after your booking ends if nothing's outstanding.
Returning customers can log in with the same details as the Zelf app.
