This Policy explains how We use cookies on Our website, and similar technology (including SDKs and device identifiers) in Our App. It is not part of the Agreement between You and Us — see Clause 2 of the Main Agreement for what does form the Agreement.
1. Strictly necessary — no consent needed
These are needed to provide the Service You’ve asked for, and don’t require Your consent:
- Account, Booking and session management — keeping You logged in, remembering Your Booking, and operating the Vehicle’s telematics.
- Identity and phone verification — completing the checks needed to register and make a Booking.
- Service-related App notifications — Booking confirmations, reminders, and updates about Your Booking.
2. Analytics and advertising — only with Your consent
These help Us understand how the Service is used and measure Our advertising, and only run if You consent:
- Analytics — measuring how people use Our website and App.
- Advertising — measuring the performance of Our ad campaigns.
You’ll be asked to consent before any of these run, via a cookie banner on Our website or a consent screen in Our App. You can change Your choice at any time — see Section 3.
3. Managing Your consent
- Website: use the cookie settings link in the website footer, or your browser’s cookie controls.
- App: go to Settings > Privacy in the App.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and won’t affect the lawfulness of anything that happened before You withdrew it.
