What does the price actually include?

Do I need to pay for fuel?
Fuel is not included in your hire price. Vehicles are provided with a set fuel level — if you use fuel during your trip, top it back up to that level before returning. All Zelf vehicles have USB charging so your phone stays powered throughout.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes. The Zelf app uses Bluetooth to communicate directly with the vehicle’s digital key, allowing you to unlock and lock the doors even in areas with poor mobile signal.
