How Pricing Works

Your first hour is £1. Every booking, every time. After that, you pay by the hour up to a daily cap — and you’ll never pay more than that cap in a single day, no matter how long you drive. At the end, the system automatically works out the cheapest option for you.

How the daily cap works

Once your charges hit the daily cap, they stop. Keep driving for the rest of that day at no extra cost.

Booking for several days? The rate drops the longer you book. The app shows you the exact price before you confirm — no surprises.

What’s included

Comprehensive insurance with Zero Liability — meaning you don’t pay for accidental damage as long as you follow the rules. 24/7 breakdown cover. Mileage included on shorter bookings; a fair use allowance applies from four days. See Schedule A for the exact figures.

Fuel — the one thing you pay for

Fuel isn’t included. Return the vehicle with at least the same level it had when you started. The app shows you the fuel level at the beginning — just match it when you return.

The £300 hold

When you unlock the vehicle we put a £300 hold on your card. It’s security, not a charge. It comes back after your booking ends, as long as nothing’s outstanding. Most people see it within a few business days.

Need to cancel?

You can cancel before your booking starts — charges apply depending on how much notice you give. The full cancellation terms, including the no-show rule, are in Schedule A.

Every charge that can ever apply — late returns, excess mileage, cleaning, fines, damage admin — is listed in Schedule A. Clear, complete, and worth reading before your first longer booking.
